PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and 
the rights you have over your data. It's written to comply with the Australian 
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

WHO WE ARE

Peachy Fresh is operated by Femme Fresh Pty Ltd (ACN [TO FILL]) as trustee for 
the Living Water Trust, ABN 47 942 276 131. Address: Burleigh Heads, QLD, 
Australia. We're the data controller responsible for personal information you 
share with us.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you visit peachyfresh.com.au, sign up to our email list, or make a 
purchase, we collect:

Information you give us directly:
- Name, email address, postal address, phone number
- Payment details (processed by Shopify Payments — we never see or store full 
  card numbers)
- Order history
- Information you share when you contact us (replies, customer service emails)

Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Pages you visited on our site, time spent, referring URLs
- Cookies and tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Klaviyo)

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our products 
are for adult use only.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Some Peachy Fresh products relate to vaginal health. Purchase of these products 
may indirectly reveal information about your health. Under the APPs, we treat 
this as sensitive information and:
- Only use it for fulfilling your order and responding to you
- Never share it with third parties for marketing
- Never sell it to anyone, ever
- Store it with the same security as your payment details

We will never publish reviews, testimonials, or quotes that identify you 
without your explicit written consent.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:
- Fulfill your order and ship your products
- Send order updates and shipping notifications
- Respond to your questions and customer service requests
- Send marketing emails (only if you've opted in — and you can opt out anytime)
- Improve our website and product offering
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Meet legal obligations (tax records, ACCC compliance, etc.)

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share your information only with:
- Shopify (our ecommerce platform)
- Australia Post (to ship your order)
- Klaviyo (to send emails you've opted in to)
- Meta and Google (for advertising — anonymised where possible)
- Stripe / Shopify Payments (for payment processing)
- Our accountant and any legally required authority (only when compelled)

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Ever.

COOKIES

We use cookies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and measure 
how it's being used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though 
some site features may not work properly without them. By using 
peachyfresh.com.au, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this 
policy.

EMAIL MARKETING

We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in. Every email includes 
an unsubscribe link — one click and you're off the list immediately. You can 
also email hello@peachyfresh.com.au to be removed.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored on Shopify's secure servers (compliant with PCI-DSS for 
payment data and Australia's Notifiable Data Breaches scheme). We use 
encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest where possible.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as 
required for tax, legal, or accounting purposes (generally 7 years for 
transaction records under Australian law).

CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

Some of our service providers (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google) are based 
overseas, primarily in the United States. By using our services, you consent 
to your personal information being transferred and processed in those 
countries under the same protections required by the APPs.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner 
  (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au if you believe we've breached the APPs

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@peachyfresh.com.au. We'll respond 
within 30 days.

DATA BREACHES

If we ever experience a data breach that's likely to cause you serious harm, 
we'll notify you and the OAIC promptly, in line with the Notifiable Data 
Breaches scheme.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We update this policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at 
the top reflects the most recent version. We'll email you about material 
changes.
